Tutor NOTES
- Hi my name is Lyndel Kennedy. I’m a tutor, author and editor who has been fascinated with psychology my whole life. I completed my undergraduate psychology degree with straight HDs, and earned first class honours in 4th year. I’m now pursuing my passion to improve outcomes for neurodiverse students via a PhD at the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre at La Trobe University. This means I am well equipped to help you understand what your markers expect, so you can achieve the best marks you possibly can.
- I can help you with undergraduate and honours level psychology domains such as Introductory Psychology, Personality, Social, Abnormal, Developmental, Perception and Cognitive Psychology, Counselling, Research Design and Analysis, Professional Ethics, Testing and Assessment.
- As a qualified editor and member of the Australian Institute of Professional Editors, I can also assist you with written language, essay structure, lab reports, literature reviews and thesis writing, and help bring your writing to a HD level.
- I am available for student mentoring about professional pathways and I can also assist you with your honours, masters and PhD applications, as well as interview preparation.
- I take pride in establishing great tutor-student relationships and I look forward to discussing how we can work together.
LYNDEL'S TESTIMONIALS
I worked with Lyndel on my most feared subject, statistics, and to my amazement, celebrated a HD at the end of the journey. Lyndel’s excellent editing skills helped tighten my written work into my highest graded assignments.

In addition to the regular attributes that are very handy to have in a tutor, like being intelligent, diligent, and high performing in her own studies; beyond those qualities Lyndel has warmth, is so easy to talk to and she genuinely cares that you do as well as you can with your assignments and work.
